In 2025, Richard S. Wyche joined Salerno Firm as a Senior Associate. Richard focuses his practice on all areas of Employment Law and Personal Injury, including general liability matters. Prior to joining Salerno Firm, Richard was an Associate Attorney at another Boston based firm.

Richard is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law as well as a Boston native. During his legal path, Richard studied public policy in Washington, DC, and he clerked for a federal magistrate judge. Richard was an integral part of a legal research article accepted for publication during his clerkship.

Richard also graduated from Suffolk University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. During his studies, Richard gained invaluable experience attending legislative events as an Intern for the Massachusetts State Senate.
