With over 20 years of experience with complex trial and motion practice, Attorney Demoga is well-versed in all areas of family law, including high-conflict divorce and highly contested child custody matters.

Prior to joining Attorney Salerno in practice, Kirsten was a partner at a Boston firm. She was previously a Partner at a prominent Metrowest firm specializing in family law appeals.

International Child Abduction Victory

Represented a father in a Massachusetts Probate and Family Court matter defending his award of sole legal and physical custody after return of the child from Italy pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, successfully preserving the Father’s award of sole custody.

Venezuela Custody Enforcement

Advocated for a mother in a custody dispute under the Hague Convention in the U.S. District Court in Boston, resulting from the father’s unilateral retention of the child in Massachusetts beyond his court ordered parenting time.
