Darcy is an Associate Attorney at the firm. Darcy focuses her practice on family law matters, including providing representation to high-net-worth clients. Darcy also has experience litigating criminal matters in the District Courts. Darcy is dedicated to providing effective and compassionate representation to her clients during their most trying times.

Darcy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2020. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from New England Law in Boston in 2023, where she was a member of the prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program. Throughout law school, Darcy consistently earned a spot on the Dean’s List, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence. She also served as an SJC Rule 3:03 student attorney at the Lawyering Process Clinic (2021-2022), working on family law cases through the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project, providing legal assistance to those in need.

Before joining Salerno & Demoga as an Associate, Darcy worked as an Attorney at two (2) prominent Boston based firms where she gained valuable experience in family law and criminal law matters.

Darcy is an active member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, continuing her professional development and staying involved in the legal community.
